Shipping Costs
Shipping and/or handling costs are not included in the price and will be shown to you before you complete your purchase, depending on the shipping address for each order. Shipping costs to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and areas outside the European Customs Union do not include the costs (duties) of import, which will be paid in cash at the destination by the receiver of the goods.
Order Placement
To place an order, it is necessary to connect to www.farmapara.eu, and register as a user, completing the electronic form that appears in the store at all times and following the instructions indicated in it. After registration, and to proceed with the purchase of products, you must add the product you wish to purchase to the basket, according to the instructions collected on the screen, completing the order form supplied for this purpose and validating it. The prices and offers presented on the website are valid only and exclusively for online orders placed on www.farmapara.eu and may not coincide with the prices and offers in force in other shops, pharmacies or parapharmacies in Spain. The validation of the order by the customer expressly implies knowledge and acceptance of these general contracting conditions as part of the contract celebration. Unless proven otherwise, the data registered by Farmapara.com constitutes proof of the set of transactions carried out between Farmapara and its customers. Farmapara.com will archive the electronic document in which the contract is formalized and it will be accessible. Once the purchase has been made and as soon as possible, always before 24 hours have elapsed since the execution of the purchase, the Farmapara.com Customer Service will send you a purchase confirmation. If you do not agree with the data recorded in said confirmation, you may request the modification of them or the cancellation of the contract.
Rates
All prices of our products are indicated in Euros (€) and correspond to the unit price with VAT included and delivered to the domicile of your choice, but do not include shipping costs, which are specific to each order, and communicated by Farmapara depending on the volume of the order and the delivery area.
The amount of shipping costs will be added to the total invoice.
VAT:
Regarding VAT, as a general rule, the applicable tax rate at the time of the transaction for the Spanish territory will be applied.
Validity:
The prices shown on www.farmapara.eu are valid at the time of consultation by the customer or during the period indicated on Farmapara.com, and may be reviewed and modified if conditions require it at any time. The prices invoiced are those in force at the time the order is placed.
Promotional Products:
All products that Farmapara.com promotes at a special price will be displayed on the website with the following information: offer price, regular price, and end date of the offer or promotion. Such offers will be available until the indicated date, subject to availability.
Payment Conditions
Payment can only be made by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, 4B, American Express, PayPal) and bank transfer. When placing an order, the Customer must provide their credit card number.
Products are sold at the price in force on the date of confirmation of the order acceptance by Farmapara.com. The price indicated in the order confirmation by Farmapara.com is the final price. When placing an order, the Customer is invited to ensure that the price of the products they wish to purchase corresponds to the price shown on the latest update of the Farmapara.com website and not on an outdated page they may have accessed through an “cache” Internet search. The data provided by the customer and recorded by Farmapara.com together with the order will constitute proof of transactions between the customer and Farmapara.com. After the order is confirmed by the Customer, Farmapara.com will send a confirmation message to the Customer notifying them that their order has been properly registered. The price of the products purchased must be paid at the time the Customer pays through the website. The transfer of the risk of loss and damage to the products will take place after delivery and receipt of the Products by the Customer.
Product Availability
The selection of products offered on www.farmapara.eu is valid as long as the products are visible on the website, subject to available stock. The availability of the product is indicated on the product page. If the merchandise is in stock, the approximate delivery time is 3 to 5 days. If, on the other hand, we do not have stock, we will make a request to the supplier, estimating an approximate delivery time of 10 days. These times must be added to the delivery times that the transport operators with whom we work may have. These times are computed on business days -from Monday to Friday- since Farmapara.com does not make shipments on holidays, Saturdays, or Sundays. In the event of any stock shortage or temporary unavailability of an item, Farmapara.com will contact you immediately to inform you of the new delivery time or, if it is not possible to supply the product, proceed to its cancellation.
Delivery Times and Shipping Methods
One of our main efforts is focused on serving orders as quickly as possible.
Farmapara guarantees delivery to the carrier, on the same day the order is placed, for all those orders that are confirmed before 1:00 p.m. (Spanish peninsular time), as long as they are in stock, and except for those made on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, in which case the order will be processed on the first business day following the day it was placed.
In addition, it should be noted that the deadlines are computed in business days and may be altered by local or national holidays.
In the event that the customer detects any problem at the time of delivery of their order (damaged packaging, missing or damaged products), they must indicate it in writing on the delivery note of the carrier and contact our customer service center by phone (902 044 188) within the first 24 hours following receipt. No return of damaged item will be accepted, nor any claim
Right of withdrawal
Our customer service department provides an after-sales service to solve any problems with our products or shipments, through which we try to offer quick and efficient attention to our customers. You can contact them by writing to the following email address: info@farmapara.com.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 7 working days, counting from the date of delivery of the order, to exercise your right of withdrawal. (According to art. 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on Retail Trade, modified by Law 47/2002, of December 19).
If you want to make a return, first check that you meet all the following requirements before sending us the product:
-The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
-Send an email to info@farmapara.com so that we can authorize, process, and indicate how to make the return. Without this authorization, the product will not be accepted and will be returned to its origin.
Once we receive the goods in our warehouses and verify that all the above conditions are met, Farmapara.com will accept the return of the product and its amount will be refunded to the account number you have indicated or to the card with which you made the payment. Please note that the standard delivery time must be added to the return processing time.
Only if the return is a result of an error in the preparation of the order by our online sales service, all shipping costs will be paid by Farmapara.com. In this case, it is essential that you contact our customer service to set the details of the return.
If you want to make an exchange, contact our customer service through the email info@farmapara.com. Our team will contact you via email or the contact phone number you have provided.
Only if the exchange is a result of an error in the preparation of the order by our online sales service, all shipping costs will be paid by Farmapara. In this case, it is essential that you contact our customer service to set the details of the exchange.
Once we receive the goods in our warehouses and verify that all the above conditions are met, Farmapara.com will accept the exchange of the product and the requested product will be sent. If the amount for the difference in the exchange is higher, it will be sent according to the payment systems accepted in these conditions. In the case that the price difference between the two items is in favor of the customer, the amount will be refunded by bank transfer to the indicated account or to the card with which the payment was made.
Warranty
In the case of a defective product, Farmapara.com must proceed, as appropriate, with repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract resolution, which will be free of charge for the consumer and user. Farmapara.com is responsible for non-conformities that arise within a period of two years from delivery. The consumer and user must inform Farmapara.com of the non-conformity within a period of two months from becoming aware of it.
Additionally, Farmapara.com customers benefit from the warranty given by the different manufacturers of each of the items.
In case of a breakdown in any item purchased at Farmapara.com, it should be notified via email to info@farmapara.com. You must provide us with the invoice number (essential – the invoice is delivered with the shipment of the purchase) and the details of the breakdown.
Farmapara.com will provide you with the contact details of the Technical Service of the manufacturer of the product to be repaired so that you can process the repair directly with the manufacturer. This is the fastest and most economical way to solve the problem presented by the product.
Defects or damage caused by incorrect use or manipulation of the material, or wear and tear caused by normal use, are not included in this warranty.
The limitations in the functionality of the articles due to their design are also excluded from the coverage of this warranty.
Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
These general conditions will be interpreted in accordance with the current legislation in Spain in the matter, which will be applied subsidiarily in everything that is not foreseen in them (Basically Law 34/2002 of July 11 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, Data Protection Law 15/1999 of December 13 and Distance Selling Law). Regarding any dispute, discrepancy, or divergence regarding this purchase agreement, both parties submit to Spanish legislation.
